About the Firm - Welcome

First and foremost, I want to thank you for taking time to visit my website. I wouldn’t have been in practice for seventeen years if it weren’t for a lot of great people who were willing to place their trust in me and allow me to work with them to accomplish their goals and resolve their issues. Too many times people take things or people in their lives for granted and I would be remiss if I failed to say thanks for considering my firm to assist you with your legal matter.

I obviously don’t know what has brought you to this site but typically people are either here because they are looking to accomplish something positive in their lives and/or they are here out of dire need and this is the last place they thought they would be visiting.

Let me address the latter set of individuals first. I know you may be facing things right now that are extremely stressful and way outside the realm of anything with which you have ever had to deal. I also know that accordingly my website may be the last place you ever wanted to visit. I get that; I completely get that. Let me say this to you: I know what you are going through, I know it may feel as if no one else has ever had to go through what you are, but I also know that there’s help. Together, we can assess your situation, talk about options, give you the information you need to make an educated decision about those options and then move forward toward tackling your issues head on. If you so choose, I will humbly accept your trust, act honorably and ethically to justify it and handle your matter diligently and personally to ensure that your experience will be informed, individualized and dignified.
