John F. Williams, Jr. has been representing clients with wills, trusts, estate planning and probate matters and asset protection, business planning and bankruptcy matters since 1992. Mr. Williams has centrally located his practice in Dallas and southern Collin County for the entire seventeen years of his practice so as to be conveniently located near Preston Road and Highway 190/President George Bush Turnpike for clients in all areas of Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, Rains, Rockwall, Tarrant and Van Zandt Counties.

Mr. Williams graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science and achieved his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from the Baylor University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in the state of Texas in 1992. Mr. Williams is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District and U.S. Bankruptcy courts in the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas.
